after i got the knew website up, I decided I will be using this blog more for my own rants and raves, though i probably will still post on book news and stuff. and this site and the new one will always be linked, so you won’t miss a thing.

went to give a copy of the book to William Elliot Whitmore. but the show was sold out, so my friend beth made sure he got it. yay for me!

A Whole Lotta Nothin’ Goin’ On

Nothing cool or interesting to report at the moment, just trying to get in the habit of updating this on a somewhat regular basis. The book is coming along slowly but surely, working on page 21 at the moment. I’ve also been doing a few pictures for fun on the side. Sometime soon I hope to get a page up with more examples of my work.

I was recently asked by a close friend to donate a piece for a fundraiser for the Nyaka AIDS Orphans Project. Which I did. Not a comic piece, just a regular picture. I’ll try and post a sample soon for you all to check out. All info I have is below:

Current Progress

as of 9/14/11: fifteen pages in the bag. not to bad, slowly getting better. as is the case with having kids, there has been a lot of down time. but progress continues. I have also started working on a hard-boiled detective novel (think phillip marlowe or mike hammer), a little something to work on when i’m feeling burned out. not much so far, but i have a pretty solid idea behind it. look for updates.

So, after a drunken crash course in Blog 101, the site is now sort of official (much thanks to Shipp). I will be going my best to post updates on the progress of Book 2, maybe some sneak peaks, info on any other projects in the works (I have a few other things clunking around in the ol’ noggin). Or I may just post whatever I feel like. It’s my site. You can’t tell me what to do.
